Sheriff: Stolen car was dumped at Concord boat ramp

KNOX CO., Tenn. (WVLT) -- A car was pulled from the lake at Concord boat ramp in West Knox County after reports from the scene indicate a fisherman spotted the vehicle's headlights underwater.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office says the Silver Hyundai Elantra Blue appears to be stolen and the marina's boat ramp was used as a dumping point.

No one was inside the car, but the Sheriff's office is investigating the case to determine how it got there.
