KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- Police are still looking for the suspect in an overnight shooting in north Knoxville early Tuesday morning. They believe that he shot the victim, Leonard Foster, during a fight over a woman.
Foster, couldn't tell police exactly where the shooting happened, only that it was in the Lonsdale Homes KCDC-area. He also told police he would not prosecute the suspect.
According to the Knoxville Police Dept., officers found Foster at a home in the 1900 block of Minnesota Ave. shortly before 3:30 a.m. He had a small wound to his stomach and was taken to UT Medical Center.
Foster told police the shooter was driving a white truck.
