Special Ed. teacher arrested for sexual exploitation

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Knox Co. Special Education Teaching Assistant was arrested on charges of Soliciting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a Class B Felony, following a three-month investigation.

Gregory N. Wright, of Knoxville, was arrested without incident Tuesday afternoon. The alleged victim, a teenage boy, did not attend the same school where the 31 year-old Wright worked.

He is being held on $40,000 bond.

    Hang him from tallest tree possible! I'll supply rope - tree too! Sad to hear a teacher taking advantage of a student. But a special Ed teacher taking advantage of a student with special needs no excuse! Hang him! He's not worth the cost of a trial or a bullet for that matter. "paent hangs teacher after investigation finds wrong doing" is the headline you'd read if my special needs child was involved!

      Read the article again... This was not his student, neither one with special needs. There is always more than one side to the story, even with one as sad as this one.
