GALLATIN, Tenn. (AP) -- A third suspect has been arrested in the shooting deaths of a Sumner County couple. Police say the victims' teenage son is among those involved.
Chad Vinson was arrested early Wednesday in Robertson County and charged as an accessory after the fact of first-degree murder, according to The Tennessean. Vinson, who is 28, was held Thursday at the county jail in Springfield, where jail records don't indicate whether he has an attorney.
Vinson's 21-year-old brother Chase Vinson, and the 17-year-old son of the victims were earlier charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of 54-year-old Gary Moore and 51-year-old Tammy Moore. Their bodies were found in their home in Sumner County on Monday.
Investigators believe the older brother helped hide guns stolen from the victims' home.
Bond wasn't set for Chad Vinson. A bond of $1 million was set Wednesday for Chase Vinson in Sumner County General Sessions Court. A mental evaluation was ordered for the teenager.
