KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Two people are charged after a February fight at Cook Out on Cumberland Avenue. The video from that incident went viral.
Knoxville police say a 17-year-old male is charged with Simple Assault in Juvenile Court. Police say he was in high school at the time of the fight. They say he was the first one to hit the victim.
Police arrested 19-year-old Steven Wilson Sunday night at the corner of Cherry Street and Mitchell Street. He's charged with one count of Aggravated Assault and is being held on $30,000 bond.
The incident happened on February 14. A customer in the restaurant captured it on his cell phone. The video shows a group of males arguing and shoving one another, then one of them comes across the screen and punches another man.
