SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The U.S. Marshals Service search for two escapees from Robertson Co. Jail has spanned much of the state.
Authorities said one of the fugitives, Jessie Lobbins, 26, has ties in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, and Murfreesboro. He and Joshua Caldwell, 29, escaped early Wednesday morning, the Marshals Service said.
Lobbins, who is allegedly a member of the Traveling Vice Lords Nation gang, was facing a life sentence after being convicted of Murder, Carrying a Firearm in Relation to a Crime of Violence, and Tampering With a Witness, Victim, or Informant.
Caldwell, who hailed from Westmoreland, was arrested for Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and Methamphetamine.
They are believed to be in a 1995 red GMC pickup truck with Tennessee plates 855-TDG.
The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $5000.00 reward (each) for information leading to the arrest of the escapees. Lobbins and Caldwell should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information should contact the local law enforcement or the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office 24 hours a day at (615) 384-7974.
