KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Only one restaurant failed its inspection, according to the Knox Co. Health Dept., in this week's Behind the Kitchen Door.
Mandarin Palace, 3001 Knoxville Center., scored a 68. Inspectors
Found food at unsafe temperatures, shrimp thawing in standing water, dirty kitchen equipment, and food containers not labeled.
