Behind the Kitchen Door -- November 3, 2010

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- In our look Behind the Kitchen Door, only one restaurant failed its inspection between October 22 and 29, according to the Knox Co. Health Dept.

The Vietnamese Bistro, 11605 Parkside Dr., scored a 69. The Health Dept. reportedly found moldy green peppers, meat not properly thawed, a water pitcher and food in the handsink, dirty dishes stored with clean dishes, and unlabeled sauces.
