KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Only one restaurant failed its inspection this week, according to the Knox Co. Health Dept., in our look Behind the Kitchen Door:

Dazzo's Pizzeria, 710 Gay Street, scored a 67. Inspectors found pizza stored at unsafe temperatures, no temperature logs or written procedures, an employee with unwashed hands, and unlabeled, toxic chemicals.

On the other side of the coin, though, 14 restaurants scored over 90 this week:
