KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Only one restaurant failed its inspection this week, according to the Knox County Health Department, in our look Behind the Kitchen Door.
Asian Chao, West Town Mall, scored a 65 after inspectors found rice at unsafe temperatures, a live roach on the floor, an employee not washing their hands, an inaccessible hand sink, and toxic chemicals.
On the other side of the coin, eight restaurants scored over ninety, including:
