KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Only one restaurant failed its inspection this week, according to the Knox Co. Health Dept., in our latest look Behind the Kitchen Door.
Kaya Korean Restaurant, 7818 Montvue Center Way, earned a 64 after inspectors found rice and eggs at unsafe temperatures, dishes being ashed in the hand sink, toxic chemicals, and build-up on the floors and walls.
