Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
½ cup butter, melted
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Angel flake coconut, packed

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Place into a 400 deg oven and bake for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 deg and bake for 30 minutes more or until puffed and brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.
