LAYERED SALAD Monday, June 16, 2014

Ingredients

1 pkg romaine salad mix
2 medium tomatoes, diced
2 – 3 cups cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces (raw)
2 – 3 cups broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup diced onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 cup Hellmann's lite mayonnaise
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Directions

In bowl layer ingredients in order given. Do not mix. Tightly cover and let stand at least an hour or overnight. Toss gently at the table to serve.
