Once we have made a batch of our chocolate plain fudge, we measure out 7 cups of the chocolate fudge & fill a fudge pan approximately ¾ of the way.
We use ½ shelled pecans & lay each one on top of the chocolate fudge
Then melt both separately caramel & chocolate fudge & drizzle each separately over the pecans. Let sit over night to set, cut into desired pieces & wrap.
Use your favorite fudge recipe and proceed to decorate it as given.
