A Dollywood Recipe

2 tsp butter
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves crushed garlic (or powdered garlic)
3 TBSP Lawry Seasoned Salt
3 cups whole kernel corn
2 cups sliced okra (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper


Heat the butter in a high sided skillet on medium heat. Saute the onions, green peppers, red peppers for 3 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 minute more or until onions and peppers are soft, not browned. Season with the Lawry, salt and pepper. Add the corn and okra. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 10 minutes.
