1 can crescent rolls
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz finely chopped ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack or Mexican blend cheese


Heat oven to 375 deg. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Place rectangles in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan; press over bottom and 1/4-inch up sides to form crust. Firmly press perforations to seal. In small bowl, combine ham and mustard. Spoon over dough; spread gently to distribute evenly. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into 2-inch squares, or cut into 3-inch squares then cut diagonally to form triangles
