Summer BBQ Baked Beans Friday, July 8, 2011

Ingredients

2 15 oz cans beans- (pinto or baked)
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup light brown sugar
½ lb bacon- cooked and diced medium
4 TBSP ketchup
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a oven proof dish and cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes to brown top. Enjoy!
