8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
4 TBSP butter
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
1 pkg Long Grain and Wild rice
Cook rice according to pkg directions. Heat butter in a heavy skillet and cook onion until it is tender. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are fully cooked. Toss with rice mixture and serve at once.
