Orange Marmalade Turkey Tuesday, November 29, 2011


Fresh turkey breast 1 ea
Orange marmalade 2 cups
Salt ½ TBSP
Pepper ¾ TBSP


Stir marmalade to soften. Loosen skin of turkey then spread marmalade under skin distributing well. Spread marmalade over skin then season with salt and pepper. Place in 325 deg oven then roast uncovered until turkey reaches 165 degrees internal temperature. Allow to stand a few minutes before slicing.
