Island Ribs with Pineapple BBQ Sauce Friday, April 6, 2012


Pork ribs 2 ea
Brown sugar ½ cup
Caribbean jerk seasoning 1 TBSP

BBQ sauce 1 cup
Pineapple ½ cup


1. Rub ribs with a mixture of the brown sugar and seasoning, then smoke in smoker to desired doneness.
2. On stove in a heavy bottomed pot add your favorite BBQ sauce and add ripe diced pineapple and simmer for 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning with brown sugar or cayenne pepper.
3. when ready to serve place ribs on grill or in an oven to heat thru.
