BKW Cheez-It Chicken Tenders Monday, May 7, 2012
Ingredients
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 ½ cups Cheez-It crackers
½ tsp BKW Original Gourmet
½ cups BKW Original Pit Smoked Barbecue Sauce
1 ¼ lb raw chicken tenders
1/3 cup Dijon mustard

½ cup raspberry jam
½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
Directions
Chicken Tenders:
Put rack on lower third of oven. Preheat to 475 deg. Brush baking sheet with Olive Oil. Pulse/crush crackers in bowl and add BKW Original Gourmet Seasoning. Toss tenders in mustard then dredge in crumbs. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet. Bake 15 min, turning once.
Sauce:
Simmer, 1/2 cup BKW Original BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.
