Peanut Butter Pie Fudge–No Bake Tuesday, May 8, 2012

Ingredients

3 TBSP Fudge Icing (optional)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup peanut butter
16 oz whipped topping
1 9” prepared crusts

Directions

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Mix in peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Heat Fudge Icing & pour in bottom of crust. Spoon into one 9” pie shell; Drizzle w/ warm chocolate icing.
Cover, and freeze until firm.
