Ingredients

1 9 oz pkg mixed greens (a romaine blend or a romaine/iceberg mix is nice)
1 16 oz jar pickled banana pepper, sliced and drained
1 5 to 6 oz jar sliced green olives with pimento
2 large tomatoes, excess seeds removed and chopped
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 cup pepperoni, chopped
½ cup part-skim mozzarella, cubed
½ cup commercial Italian salad dressing

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Drizzle with salad dressing and toss to coat.
