Ingredients

Baby back ribs
Lasagna noodles
Kraut

Directions

Bake baby back ribs (2) racks
Wash, salt and pepper
Onion powder (lots).
Stand on edge – 2 in. (2 C. or more) of
Water in the bottom of the pan. (cover) and cook until tender. 2 hrs or more.
Pick off bone and set aside. (strain and save broth! )
Break lasagna (noodles) into 3 pieces. Cook until real tender.
Don’t drain. Set aside and they will absorb
The water. Then add broth from Ribs and 2 cans of Kraut, drained
And simmer 30 to 40 min. Add pork last
Don’t stir after you add the meat. (You can layer meat and noodles in a crock pot. I’ve done that.)
Serve with greens, cornbread, onion, white beans and a smile.
Even if you hate Kraut, you will love this.
Ask anyone who has ever eaten it.
