Ingredients
½ tsp minced garlic
8 oz fat free cream cheese
¼ cup plain low fat yogurt
3 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 TBSP lemon juice
¼ cup chopped flat parsley
2 TBSP fresh chopped mint
Vegetables for dipping
Directions
In a food processor place the garlic, cream cheese, yogurt, feta cheese and lemon juice. Process until smooth and creamy. Add the herbs and process just until the herbs and chopped and blended. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables such as carrot or celery sticks, cucumber or zucchini slices, or cherry tomatoes.
