We do not have a recipe today as such. We are going to be talking about a new product at Food City called Pig Burgers. This is a fine hamburger made of lean pork with a fine seasoning of herbs and spices. It offers a wealth of possibilities. The most obvious is as a hamburger with all the trimmings.
