Chocolate Pecan Pie Friday, July 20, 2012

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
3 TBSP cocoa
½ stick butter, melted and cooled
1 small can evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Directions

Scatter pecans evenly on bottom of pie crust. Mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over pecans. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 deg oven about 55 to 60 minutes or until the top is evenly puffed.
