1 prepared pizza crust (like Boboli or Mama Mia) large size
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 to 1 cup assorted olives, chopped
1/2 cup pickled banana pepper rings
1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Place the crust on a baking sheet and brush generously with olive oil. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over crust. Sprinkle on feta, olives and banana pepper rings. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 deg about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning. Cut and serve.
I have picked these toppings randomly. If you prefer, chopped a small can of artichoke hearts to use instead of (or with) the olives. I do this with the great olive and feta salad which is available on the olive bar at Food City Bearden. It is good with frozen spinach thawed and sprinkled on under the cheese. Are you starting to get the idea. Do your own thing and find what you like. By the way, this can be done with pizza dough from the dairy case. Just spread it in a 9x13 inch pan allowing it to come up the sides a little and proceed as above. It will need to bake just a little longer to assure that the crust is done.
