1 quart strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 4 serving size strawberry gelatin (regular or no sugar)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups whipping cream, whipped with 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Puree strawberries with sugar in a blender or food processor. Add gelatin to boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Cool. Stir in strawberries. Allow to cool until it starts to thicken. Fold in whipped cream and spoon into a mold and chill until set.
