Homemade Chicken Salad on a Croissant Wednesday, July 16, 2008
A Dollywood Recipe
1 lb cooked white chicken, diced
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients except lettuce and tomato in a bowl. Open the croissant and on one side place leaf lettuce and 2 slices of tomato. Then add 3 heaping TBSP of chicken salad. Close the croissant and serve with your favorite side dish.
