1 6 oz pkg STOVE TOP Stuffing mix
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE’S sour cream
1 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the pkg. Set aside. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
