Sausage Potato Scramble Friday, September 12, 2008 Early Show


1/2 lb country sausage
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
small can evaporated milk


Scramble the sausage with onion in a skillet on medium heat. The sausage should be cooked, but not browned. Add potatoes and salt and pepper. Stir well until potatoes are heated. Add evaporated milk and allow to cook to gravy like consistency.
