Ingredients

Tennessee Valley Fair Hidden Valley Ranch contest

1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 can crescent rolls

Filling:
When available, use fresh vegetables

1 can Italian tomatoes
1 onion
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup bell peppers, red, yellow and green
1 can black beans, drained and refreshed under water
1 can whole kernel corn (or 2 cups fresh)
1 lb ground beef
8 oz Italian cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375 deg. In a frying pan cook ½ ground beef until tender. Set aside. Add all vegetables and ½ of ranch dressing.

Make meat balls with other half of ground beef, add 1 egg, 1/4 onion and the rest of Ranch dressing. Make small meat balls and cook in the oven while the crescent rolls are being prepared.

In the dish, add beef, the vegetables and top with cheese. Add the crust of crescent rolls to the top and every V-shape add meat balls dipped in tomato sauce. Egg wash the crescent rolls on top and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
