1 pkg Mahatma Yellow Rice (or Vigo Brand 5 oz pkg)
1 can Green Giant Mexicorn, drained
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Mild cheddar cheese, shredded


Prepare rice according to directions on package. After all water has been cooked out, take off heat and add butter. Stir until melted. Add drained corn, cream of chicken soup and cheese. Mix well. Turn into a sprayed baking dish and bake in a preheated 350 deg oven for 30 minutes.
