Breakfast Bars (Gluten-Free) Monday, October 27, 2008

Ingredients

1 package small marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
6 cups gluten-free cereal
1/2 tsp gluten-free vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Melt marshmallows and butter. Add instant breakfast and peanut butter. Stir in cereal and vanilla. Press into 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle mini chocolate bits on top and press in. Let cool. Cut into bars.
