Surprise Turkey Loaf Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes (shredded), thawed
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh basil, packed
1/4 cup Italian parsley, packed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions

Blend all ingredients and press into an 8x4" loaf pan which has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Cook in a preheated 350 deg oven about 1 hour. Allow to cool slightly before turning out of pan. This may also be shaped into a loaf and baked in a flat baking pan.
