Vidalia Onion Casserole

4 or 5 Medium Vidalia onions thinly sliced
1 Stick real sweet butter

1 tsp soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package of your favorite crackers(package is one of the individual sleeves inside the box)crushed. I like Waverlys
8 oz. evaporated milk
8 oz sweetened condensed milk, (its like dessert)


Saute or sweat onions in a large skillet in the stick of butter with salt and pepper til clear and set aside

Fold onions and cracker mixture and put into a casserole dish. Spread 2 cups shredded cheddar over top and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
