Quick Stovetop Casserole

2 lbs ground beef
1 can of cream of chicken soup
3 cups of Uncle Ben’s white rice
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 cups of water
2 TBSP of butter


Brown the ground beef. Drain. Put the ground beef back in the skillet. Add rice, butter and water. Boil for 5 min. Add cream of chicken. Let simmer for 15 min. Add cheese and let the cheese melt. Serve hot and enjoy!
