Chicken Kraut


6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (15.5 oz) kraut, drained
6 slices swiss cheese
2 cups (approx) 1000 Island dressing


Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking oil spray. Place chicken in a single layer. Spread kraut evenly over the top. Place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Spread dressing evenly over top. Cover and bake at 300 deg for 3 hours. Serve hot.

I took the covering off for the last 30 minutes to allow this to brown.
