5-6 decent sized shrimp
Chopped fresh garlic
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Add the butter and shallots to the skillet. Add the shrimp and when ready to turn, add garlic. Add lemon juice, white wine, shrimp stock, and diced tomato. To plate: Cooked pasta in a bowl, toss fresh parsley in the pan and pour over the pasta. Enjoy!!!
