Traditional Cranberry Orange Relish Friday, December 8, 2006
1 12 oz bag cranberries, washed
1 large orange, quartered and the seeds removed
2 cups sugar
Using a food processor or a food grinder, grind the cranberries and the orange (including the peel) together. Stir in sugar. Place in a covered dish with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate at least overnight before serving.
