Egg Nog Pound Cake Thursday, December 21, 2006

Ingredients

1 cup egg nog
2 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla

Directions

cream the butter and sugar together until it is light and fluffy. Add flour and eggs alternately, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and beat to mix. Fold in egg nog. Turn into a large tube pan or two large loaf pans which you have greased and floured. Bake at 325 deg for 1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done.
