I first did this recipe on April 30, 1990. I got it from Judy McKenzie who is a real estate tycoon now. It is still a good one.
4 TBSP butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb cheese, grated (Monterey Jack, Cheddar or a mixture)
2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
