Biscuits with Ham and Cheese Thursday, March 8, 2007

Ingredients

3 cups self rising flour
1 ½ to 1 3/4 cups milk
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 cup chopped country ham, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Mix the flour, milk, and cooking oil to make a batter that will just hold its shape. Stir in cheese and country ham. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 deg until brown (about 12 to 15 minutes). Serve hot.
