Ingredients

4 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 pkg French onion soup mix
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 1/4 cups buttermilk

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 deg. Grease or spray a loaf pan. Place flour into a mixing bowl. Stir in the soup mix and 1 cup of grated cheese. Pour the buttermilk in and mix until a sticky dough is formed. Transfer to the greased loaf pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 50 mins to 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
