Ingredients
2 salmon fillet, skinned
¾ cup good salsa (Hot, medium or mild to your taste)
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Place salmon in heavy baking pan with sides. Spread oil evenly over salmon. Spoon the salsa on top. Roast until the salmon is flaky on the outside but still pink inside, about 15 minutes.
