Mexican Chicken Casserole Wednesday, August 15, 2007

Ingredients

Wanda Lambert (with a little help from David)

3 or 4 chicken breasts
1 can cream Of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes & green chilli's
1 bag of Dorito chips
8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Boil chicken, let cool, tear up into strips. Mix tomatoes, soup & cheese. Cover bottom of 7x11" baking dish with Dorito's, cover Dorito's with chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken & Dorito's. Bake in a preheated 350 deg oven for 30 minutes. Serve any left over Dorito’s with the casserole.
