Ingredients

Small buns (square is nice)
2 oz hamburger patties
small wieners (even smokies will work)
good commercial barbeque (Dollywood uses Cades Cove Brand)
Assorted condiments and toppings

Directions

These make a nice array for a patio party. Place the buns in large baskets or bowls. Grill the hamburger patties and hot dogs. Heat the barbeque. Place pickles, chips, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, catsup and mayonnaise on the table. Set out paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils and stand out of the way. I guess some potato salad or baked beans wouldn’t be a bad idea.
