John Blackburn National Banana Pudding

1 pkg fat free cream cheese
1 can fat free Eagle brand milk
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix (5 1/4 oz
2 cups skim milk
4 to 5 bananas
2 pkg low fat vanilla cookies


Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add milk and mix. In a separate bowl prepare vanilla pudding mix with skim milk, then add to the cream cheese/milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Crumble one box of cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin and add to mixture. Slice bananas and add to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into pudding pot and top with the other box of cookies. Refrigerate to intensify flavor.
