Ingredients

A Betty Crocker Recipe

First Dough
1 pouch Betty Crocker® cookie mix (you choose the flavor)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 TBSP water
1 egg

Second Dough
1 pouch Betty Crocker® cookie mix (choose a second flavor which will go
with the first)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 TBSP water
1 egg

Directions

Heat oven to 375 deg (350 deg for dark or nonstick pans). In medium bowl, stir together the first dough ingredients until soft dough forms. In second medium bowl, stir together second complimentary dough ingredients until soft dough forms. In bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, spoon heaping spoonfuls of first dough 2 inches apart. Repeat with second dough, placing spoonfuls of dough between the first dough. Press dough into an even layer. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 45 minutes. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

The batch I am showing is made from white chocolate macadamia nut and the second is walnut chocolate chip. A very good combination is double chocolate chunk and gingerbread. I’ll bet there are other combinations which I have not found yet.
